Using InfraUtil
These terms apply to your use of InfraUtil. Use the service lawfully and only with information you are entitled to process. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accuracy and verification
Tools and datasets may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. Results are provided for convenience and general information, without a guarantee of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Independently verify results before deploying configurations, changing network access or making important decisions.
Responsibility and limitations
To the extent applicable law permits, InfraUtil is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on incorrect tool results or source data, service interruptions, or loss of data, profits or business opportunities. Keep backups and test changes in a safe environment. This does not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, distribute malicious content or send automated traffic that harms availability. We may limit requests or restrict abusive access to protect the service.
Your content and third-party data
You retain rights to your input. Third-party datasets remain subject to their respective terms and licences. IPLocate data is licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0; attribution and applicable share-alike obligations remain relevant when you redistribute or adapt that data.
Availability and changes
Features and datasets may be updated, limited or discontinued. Changes to these terms will be published with an updated date and do not remove rights that applicable law protects.
